Hawaiian poke is a rice bowl topped with fresh fish and lots of fun toppings, like avocado! A super simple, light meal.

  • 250 g Siblou Smoked Salmon Fillets
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cup of cooked white rice
  • 1 Nori paper
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1. In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and ginger. 2. Cut the salmon into chunks. Add to marinade. 3. Add rice, salmon and avocado to the bowl with the marinade. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 4. Serve with extra diced green onions, Sliced Nori paper and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
