Garlic Butter Shrimps Noodles

Savory, succulent garlic butter shrimps paired with light rice noodles – an easy and quick dish for the weekday menu.

  • 1/2 bag of Siblou Raw Large Shrimps (Peeled and Deveined)
  • 1/2 packet of rice noodles or any pasta of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of parsley, thinly chopped
  • 1/2 cup 3 colors pepper cubes
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon (Juice)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 chicken cube
    1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, leave to drain in a colander and set aside. 2. Place a nonstick frying pan, wok or skillet on low to medium heat and add the olive oil. When it’s hot, add the garlic, sauté for a minute. 3. Then add the pepper flakes, onion powder, chicken cube, paprika, cayenne pepper and sauté for another minute. 4. Now, add the Siblou Raw Shrimps and sauté for 2 minutes, stir continuously and turn shrimps over to cook evenly. Do not overcook or you’ll end up with rubbery shrimps. 5. After 2 minutes, add the butter, stir to dissolve and combine. Sauté for a minute. 6. Then squeeze in the lemon juice, stir and combine. Add the chopped parsley if you’re using any, stir and combine. 7. Switch the heat off and allow to simmer for a minute. 8. Add the pepper cubes to the rice noodles. Serve them alongside with the shrimps. Enjoy!
