Processed from cooked wild Blueshell Mussels (Mytilus Edulis).

Cooking Suggestion: Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Sautée 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 small diced green pepper for 2-3 min. Add 800g of crushed tomatoes and 1⁄2 cup of red wine or vinegar and simmer for 30 min. Add 200g of thawed Siblou Mussels Meat and cook on low heat for 8 min. Mix in 1⁄4 cup of chopped fresh parsley and turn off heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over hot pasta. Add cheese for topping.
