Baked Tilapia Fish Fillets with Vegetables

  • 1 bag Siblou Tilapia Fish Fillets
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 rosemary branches
  • 1 handful of fresh thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 400 g baby carrots
  • 400 g broccoli
    1) Mash the garlic, add to it olive oil and lemon juice and mix. 2) Place the lemon slices & the Siblou Tilapia Fish Fillets on butter baking foil. 3) Spread the garlic mix on it. 4) Sprinkle some salt, pepper and dill. Add thyme and rosemary on top. 5) Wrap the foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 185°C. 6) Add the baby carrots to boiling water 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add the broccoli and cook for another 4 minutes or until both are fork tender. 7) Serve the tilapia fillet alongside the boiled baby carrots and broccoli.
