Servings

  • 400 g raw headless deveined shrimps
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 cm grated ginger
  • 160 g carrots, sliced
  • 600 g mixed peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 1 pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
    1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 2. In a wok or large pan, heat some oil and throw in the garlic and ginger then cook the shrimps, in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan, until they start to change their color. 3. Set aside and repeat until all the quantity is done. 4. In the same wok or pan, adding more oil if needed, start stir-frying the vegetables starting with the carrots, then the peppers and onions until slightly softened. 5. Return the shrimps into the pan and toss together. Stir the sauce and add to the pan and cook until bubbly. 6. Decorate with the sesame and green onions and serve immediately with rice.
