98% raw & smoked farmed Atlantic Salmon (Salmo Salar), mustard, bread crumbs (gluten), egg (whole egg), parsley, salt, black pepper.

Cook from frozen. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the frozen Salmon Burgers for about 3 minutes, from each side, until reaching a golden color. Assemble the burger by layering the patty along with tartar sauce, pickles, and a romaine lettuce leaf. Tartar sauce: Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 small diced pickle, 1 tablespoon of capers, 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, 1 diced chive, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
